Job summary

Techno Energy Solution (M) Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking an IT support professional to handle daily IT operations and troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, network and systems. You will manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and user accounts, while maintaining infrastructure and inventory.

Responsibilities include cybersecurity support, backups, vendor coordination, and participation in IT projects and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and user accounts.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, network, servers, devices and connectivity.
• Manage IT assets, software licences and inventory.
• Support cybersecurity, access control, system updates and backups.
• Manage company website, applications and other business systems.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
• Support and/or lead IT projects, system upgrades and technology improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies and procedures.
