Job summary

Eternal Materials (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT support professional to troubleshoot networks and CCTV, provide daily LAN/WAN/Firewall/antivirus help, and guide staff on IT applications.

You will oversee server room operations and IT asset management, and coordinate ISO 9001 documentation. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge in Active Directory, Firewall, Antivirus and Appliance Monitoring System is advantageous.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with all management levels.
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic network and CCTV issues.
• Provide daily technical support for LAN, WAN, firewalls, antivirus software, backup systems, and voice/video conferencing systems.
• Liaise with departments to monitor assignment progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on IT application systems used at headquarters.
• Serve as the person in charge of the server room and IT asset management, including maintaining IT documentation.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT-related ISO 9001 documentation and coordinate related quality management activities.
• Manage IT-related projects and administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
