Job summary

Eternal Materials (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT support professional to troubleshoot networks and CCTV, provide daily LAN/WAN/Firewall/antivirus help, and guide staff on IT applications.

You will oversee server room operations and IT asset management, and coordinate ISO 9001 documentation. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge in Active Directory, Firewall, Antivirus and Appliance Monitoring System is advantageous.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with all management levels.
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Job description

Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, applications, and connectivity issues.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speaker will be an advantage).

At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
