Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated MIS Executive to join our Information & Communication Technology team in Batu Kawan/Bayan Lepas, Penang. This full-time role supports our information systems infrastructure and IT operations, ensuring reliability and strong user support across the business.

The candidate will handle end-user support, networks, servers, and security, while assisting with projects, documentation, and disaster recovery to maintain business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing IT helpdesk tickets.
• Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and IT systems for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, offering effective solutions.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems on company devices.
• Maintain documentation of IT incidents and configurations.
• Assist with IT projects and system implementations as required.
• Support backup and disaster recovery procedures for data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve system efficiency and security.
