Job summary

MR. D.I.Y. Trading Sdn. Bhd. (M) – Selangor is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure, networks, systems, service desk operations, and technical support across the organisation.

The role ensures IT services remain stable, secure, and available while coordinating internal IT teams, vendors, and business users. You will support infrastructure projects, cybersecurity controls, audits, incident management, disaster recovery, and continual service improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant IT infrastructure, network, system administration, or IT operations experience.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising an IT technical or support team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT infrastructure and service management across multiple sites.
• Coordinate incident resolution and escalation to meet SLAs.
• Lead security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and IT budgeting.
