Job summary

GD Pavilion Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a proactive IT Executive to support the company's IT operations. You will maintain IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure reliable hardware, software, networks, and business systems align with corporate goals.

Collaborate with internal users and external vendors, assist in cybersecurity, backups, ERP-related tasks, and IT projects while documenting assets and policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT/CS related field.
2–3 years IT support or infrastructure experience.
Proficient in Windows, networks, and Microsoft 365; strong problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for IT hardware, software, networks, printers, and email.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers and peripherals.
Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure security and reliability.
Assist with IT policies, cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery practices.
Support ERP systems and IT projects; coordinate with vendors.
Maintain documentation and asset inventories.
Participate in IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Report to IT Manager and collaborate with stakeholders.
