Job summary

Imperial Heritage Hotel Melaka is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee the development and support of information systems across the organization. This role ensures system security, troubleshooting, and timely delivery of technology services to all departments.

The ideal candidate will direct IT projects, install and configure hardware and software, monitor networks, and drive process improvements to maintain reliable technology infrastructure for Melaka's premier hotel.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT
• Perform Project management of IT initiatives
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services
• Manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments
• Define and improve all system and network operations processes
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
