Job summary

Imperial Heritage Hotel Melaka is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee the development and support of information systems across the organization. This role ensures system security, troubleshooting, and timely delivery of technology services to all departments.

The ideal candidate will direct IT projects, install and configure hardware and software, monitor networks, and drive process improvements to maintain reliable technology infrastructure for Melaka's premier hotel.

• Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues

Job description

This position is responsible for the oversight of all operations that involved the development and support of information systems. IT (information technology) manage the information technology needs and systems of their employers, including checking all the networking system, installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues throughout their organizations.
