Job summary

Hotel Grand Paragon Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru seeks an MIS Assistant to support daily IT operations and hotel systems. You will ensure system and data backups, monitor off-site storage, and help keep the PMS system running smoothly.

You will also update the backup logbook daily, assist the MIS team with network troubleshooting, and help standardize procedures to reduce errors while guarding access to the computer room.

Qualifications

• 2 years' working experience in handling ICT matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily system and data backups and off-site storage.
• Update backup logbook daily.
• Assist MIS Executive to troubleshoot network connection.
• Assist MIS Executive to ensure PMS System runs smoothly.
• Standardize and document operating procedures to reduce errors and aid supervision.
• Restrict access to the computer room to authorized personnel only.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure use of legal software.
