Job summary

YOTEL Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and safeguard the hotel’s technology systems, networks and guest experience. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, problem solving and a pragmatic approach to delivering reliable IT services in a hospitality environment.

You will manage technology partners, oversee system upgrades, security, backups and budget, while collaborating with hotel leadership and central IT teams to enable smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum IT/CS degree or equivalent
• Experience in hotel/hospitality IT environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of networks, security and systems
• Experience coordinating vendors and IT projects

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain hotel IT systems including PMS, POS, guest Wi-Fi and telephony
• Lead IT initiatives, upgrades and projects with minimal guest disruption
• Monitor security, backups, system availability and disaster recovery
• Manage user access, assets and IT budgets in line with policies
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and central IT teams to deliver business value
