Exabytes Network Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot company laptops in our Penang office. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, install updates, and keep systems running smoothly for end users.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a proactive approach to learning as technology evolves, with opportunities to support other IT-related tasks.
