• i. Tech Hero: Provide expert on-site support for enterprise clients in Kuala Lumpur or Cyberjaya, ensuring smooth system operations.
• ii. Expert Guidance: Offer advice on Exabytes' products and services.
• iii. Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose errors in hosting services (Windows & Linux) and backup solutions (Acronis, Veeam, R1soft).
• iv. Server Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimise server performance.
• v. Client Support: Address inquiries and technical issues via helpdesk and phone.
• vi. Routine Maintenance: Perform weekly and monthly maintenance to ensure system security and health.
