• Laptop Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS errors, and network connectivity issues.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform updates, antivirus scans, and disk cleanups to optimise performance.
• Setup and Configuration: Install and configure laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
• Record Management: Maintain detailed support request and resolution logs in the ticketing system.
• Team Collaboration: Work with IT team members to solve complex technical problems and implement solutions.
• Tech Awareness: Stay current with advancements in laptop hardware and software technologies.
• Documentation: Create and update IT processes and procedures for laptop support.
• Additional Tasks: Provide support for other IT-related activities as needed.
