Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good Mandarin communication skills as role requires frequent interaction with the China team.
• 1–3 years IT working experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting, hardware, software, networking, and office systems.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to troubleshoot problems, multitask, work independently, and handle multiple IT-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, system access, and user permissions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve IT issues; elevate complex technical matters to external IT vendors when required.
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including computers, laptops, printers, networking devices, software, and licenses.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, and other basic IT infrastructure.
• Ensure regular data backup and support the implementation of basic cybersecurity and IT security practices.
• Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate with vendors for repairs or maintenance.
• Install and maintain software, applications, operating systems, and required IT updates.
• Assist with IT system upgrades, equipment replacement, and implementation of new IT solutions.
• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for system maintenance, technical support, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT equipment, user accounts, system configurations, and IT-related records.
• Provide basic technical support to employees and guide users on proper use of IT systems and equipment.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of company IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity practices.
• Perform other IT-related duties and projects as assigned by management.
• Assist with basic IT-related documentation, filing, purchasing requests, and record keeping.
• Assist in monitoring IT equipment and office technology-related supplies to ensure sufficient availability.
• Coordinate access to IT equipment and facilities when required for maintenance or installation.
• Perform other limited administrative duties directly related to IT operations.
