Job summary

Diyou Fibre (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a fresh IT graduate or early-career professional to provide day-to-day IT support and helpdesk services for staff in Malaysia. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and assist with Microsoft 365 and office IT tasks.

Responsibilities cover IT operations, network maintenance, CCTV/access control systems, asset management, and liaising with vendors. Multilingual communication in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is an asset.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Technical/Systems/Network Support is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, networking and troubleshooting.
Knowledge/experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Firewall, Network configuration, CCTV/Access Control, Server/NAS, IT Asset Management.
Able to troubleshoot problems independently with minimal supervision.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fast learner and willing to learn new technologies.
Responsible, proactive, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Manufacturing environment experience is an added advantage.
Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, Windows OS, Microsoft Office.
Provide technical support for printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Assist users with Microsoft 365, email accounts, and related IT issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WiFi, Internet connectivity, modems, routers, switches, and other network equipment.
Perform basic network monitoring and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and Door Access Control systems.
Manage the day-to-day operation of the office door access system.
Maintain accurate records of company IT assets and inventory.
Track allocation, return, replacement, and disposal of IT equipment.
Ensure IT assets are properly recorded, labelled, and maintained.
Perform routine IT maintenance and preventive checks.
Keep IT equipment, systems, and documentation properly organised.
Assist in implementing improvements to the company’s IT infrastructure and systems.
Perform other IT-related duties assigned by Management.
