Job summary

Huaren Resources Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur offers a daily IT support internship within the IT department, providing end-to-end remote support to printers, desktops, servers and applications.

You will gain hands-on experience configuring computers, basic LAN/WAN networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting while assisting users. Open to Malaysian students pursuing IT studies for at least eight weeks, with multilingual capabilities in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Malaysian student status required.
• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• Internship duration of at least eight (8) weeks.
• No prior work experience required.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• For IT Support, ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking users.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to IT department operations.
• Deliver end-to-end remote support to printers, desktops, servers, applications, etc.
• Configure/setup computers.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Answer and handle user inquiries and complaints.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
