• Assist with set-up, maintenance and repair of copier hardware and software.
• Respond to IT-related inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Document IT support activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
