AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Support Executive for the manufacturing sector. The role covers Level 1 and 2 IT support, ERP support, and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure to ensure business continuity.

You will troubleshoot PCs, laptops, OS, software, networking, printers, and user access while coordinating ERP enhancements, user access, and reporting. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience are required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related.
• 3–5 years in IT Support, IT Executive, or Systems Administrator roles.
• Structured troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 day-to-day IT support, including troubleshooting computers, laptops, operating systems, software, network connectivity, printers, office equipment, user accounts, and access issues.
• Support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and operations, including servers, NAS, backups, antivirus and security updates, network devices, firewall and VPN configurations, IT assets, software licences, procurement, policies, and technical documentation.
• Provide first-level ERP support for user access, transactions, printing, reporting, workflows, and general system usage, while properly recording error details, screenshots, affected users, and business impact.
• Coordinate and follow up on ERP issues with users, department representatives, management, and the ERP vendor, including issue escalation, bug resolution, progress monitoring, and status reporting.
• Gather and document business requirements and coordinate ERP enhancements or customization projects, including scope confirmation, proposal review, vendor quotation, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, user confirmation, and project closure.

Support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and operations, including servers, NAS, backups, antivirus and security updates, network devices, firewall and VPN configurations, IT assets, software licences, procurement, policies, and technical documentation.

Provide first-level ERP support for user access, transactions, printing, reporting, workflows, and general system usage, while properly recording error details, screenshots, affected users, and business impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

3 to 5 years in an IT Support, IT Executive, or Systems Administrator role handling both infrastructure and application/ERP support.

Structured troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail when logging error logs, screenshots, and system impact reports.
