NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking IT Support Executive to deploy and maintain business systems and private cloud infrastructure. You will support Chinese-speaking teams, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability across rotating shifts.

The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in IT, at least 5 years of IT/ops experience, strong networking knowledge, and proficiency in Python, Shell, or Go. Familiarity with ELK, Grafana, and related tools is a plus.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Minimum 5 years of IT support, system operations, networking, or related experience.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall concepts.
• Hands-on with web tech: Nginx, Redis, Zookeeper, MySQL, DNS; config and tuning.
• Proficient in programming/scripting: Python, Shell, Go.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools: ELK, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting; independent worker.
• Fast learner; capable of adopting new tech quickly.
• Experience in team management or technical leadership is a plus.
• Willing to work non-standard hours and provide support as needed.

As a Mandarin-speaking IT Support Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining business systems, managing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing network performance, and ensuring the stable operation of our private cloud infrastructure. You will support Chinese-speaking teams and work across rotating shifts to maintain system reliability and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform server system operations and maintenance, including scripting and automation

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 学历要求拥有IT技术或相关领域的文凭/学位
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) we are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking team
• 精通中文（口语与书写）
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, system operations, networking, or a related role.
• 至少5年 IT 支持、系统运维、网络或相关经验
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall concepts.Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance

• Hands-on experience with web-related technologies such as Nginx, Redis, Zookeeper, MySQL, DNS, etc., including configuration and performance tuning
