JCL Credit Leasing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable IT support specialist in Kuala Lumpur to manage day-to-day operations of servers, PCs and peripheral devices, and to assist in delivering IT solutions for the organization.

The role requires a Professional Certificate or degree in Computer Science/IT, strong communication in Malay and English, and knowledge of DELL hardware with basic networking. Possession of Oracle SQL is an advantage.

Responsible for the technical support in the company.

Ensure the normal day to day operations of servers, computers and other hardware / peripheral devices in office.

Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Supervise projects activities.

Create and maintain a project schedule for each project by identifying and monitoring.

Monitoring the daily progress of projects and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Manage expectations, control and track project performance.

Reporting project status on a weekly basis to customer and the project team.

Coordinate with other departments and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies.

Communicate with vendors and project manager to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or equivalent

Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to technical support

Must have good communication skills to convey the rationale of an entire system enhancement to improve our business operations and delivering a solution from our vendors

Good knowledge of DELL computer hardware, computer troubleshooting. Fundamental in networking such as LAN, WAN & Security

Required Language(s) : Malay & English

Having knowledge of Oracle SQL will be an added advantage

Have at least one year of practical experience in IT department
