Job summary

JCL Credit Leasing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable IT support specialist in Kuala Lumpur to manage day-to-day operations of servers, PCs and peripheral devices, and to assist in delivering IT solutions for the organization.

The role requires a Professional Certificate or degree in Computer Science/IT, strong communication in Malay and English, and knowledge of DELL hardware with basic networking. Possession of Oracle SQL is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have good communication skills to convey system enhancements to improve business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for servers, computers and peripherals.
• Assist in implementing IT solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Supervise project activities and create a project schedule.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Report project status weekly to customers and team.
• Coordinate with departments to identify issues and dependencies.
• Communicate with vendors and project manager to define project requirements.
