Job summary

Reolink, a leader in intelligent visual technology, seeks an IT Support Engineer to serve as the technical backbone for our global operations and the local Malaysia office. You will deliver L1/L2 IT support, administer Microsoft 365 and Power Platform apps, manage endpoint infrastructure, and oversee local IT logistics.

Collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless user onboarding, robust system security, and efficient IT workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in L1/L2 IT support, IT service desk, or desktop support role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/macOS troubleshooting and laptop/desktop provisioning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of basic networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP) and IT security practices (MFA, phishing response).

Responsibilities

• Service Desk & L1 Support: act as first point of contact for IT issues via ticketing, email, chat, and phone.
• Endpoint & Systems Administration: provision, configure, and deploy laptops/desktops; manage VPN and network connectivity.
• Microsoft 365 & User Provisioning: onboarding/offboarding, access rights, MFA resets; support Power Apps.
• On-Site Office & Logistics Support: hardware support for Malaysia office, procurement, staging, and logistics.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: maintain tickets, update knowledge bases, and participate in global IT projects.
