CTA Comtech Asia is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide regional IT support across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia and the Philippines. This role involves offering Tier 1 support to over 150 users and administering Microsoft 365 services.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in IT support and Microsoft 365 administration, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a regional environment.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 client operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 IT support for approximately 150+ users across SEA.
• Perform Microsoft 365 administration under Group IT guidance.
• Maintain an up-to-date IT asset inventory for SEA.
