Job summary

Horizontal Talent in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a well-rounded Mid‑Senior Level L2 IT Support Technician. You will provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot complex infrastructure and user‑related issues, and support Microsoft collaboration platforms.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Exchange, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving abilities and good communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant IT Support / Infrastructure Support experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise or regional IT environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for end‑user systems, infrastructure, and Microsoft environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Exchange Online / On‑Prem, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Teams.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, group policies, and access controls.
