Job summary

JOS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Desktop Support professional to provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.

You will ensure incidents and service requests meet agreed service levels while maintaining strong customer service and security compliance. The role requires handling multiple priorities, supporting business-critical users, and contributing to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in Desktop/EUC/End User Services.
• Experience supporting Windows-based desktops and laptops.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise workplace technologies.
• Experience in SLA-driven support environments.
• Experience in banking/financial services is preferred.
