Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of corporate endpoints, email services, virtualization, and security controls. You will be the technical bridge maintaining high availability for internal teams, branch offices, and nationwide setups.

You will manage VMware virtualization, handle Exchange Online/M365, endpoint protection, patch management, printer fleets, and network connectivity.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years hands-on IT support/desktop engineering or systems administration experience.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
VMware, M365, AD/AAD, and security solutions experience are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Monitor, provision, and manage VMs using VMware vSphere to support infrastructure needs.
Deploy, monitor, and manage Endpoint Security, patch management, MDM policies, and encryption benchmarks.
Perform basic Exchange Online/Microsoft 365 administration and mail-flow troubleshooting.
Manage printers, print servers, and peripherals; coordinate with vendors for servicing.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows and macOS environments.
Manage user lifecycles and access controls using AD/Azure AD and M365.
Maintain secure network connectivity, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and firewall basics.
Track IT assets, incidents, and licenses in ITSM systems.
