Job summary

OKX is seeking an IT support engineer to manage daily operation and maintenance of company laptops (macOS primary) and Windows devices, mobile devices, IP phones, and other IT assets. You will monitor networks, support server room operations, and facilitate office IT systems with an emphasis on AI-enabled troubleshooting and automation.

You will also assist regional offices with IT rollouts, establish knowledge bases, and coordinate with external vendors to deliver secure, scalable IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 3+ years of IT support/engineering experience in large organizations.
• Experience across Windows, macOS, WiFi networks, VPN, and smart office systems.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, or Linux are a plus.
• Hands-on AI, with prompt skills and ability to build AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate laptops and IT equipment (macOS primary; Windows).
• Support office IT systems including IP phones, video, printers, CCTV, access control.
• Monitor infrastructure, perform server/network administration basics, and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities; deliver end-to-end solutions and training.
• Support regional offices with IT rollouts and new office setups; travel as needed.
• Create and maintain IT knowledge documents, SOPs, and knowledge base; vendor coordination.
