Job summary

Ulink Assist is seeking an AI & IT Solutions Executive (Permanent Remote) to own AI and IT-related systems company-wide. You will troubleshoot, implement and improve AI-driven solutions, investigate root causes, test and monitor performance, and resolve issues with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, software engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across software, systems, integrations and technology.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI platforms such as Claude, APIs, databases/SQL, n8n or similar automation tools, and basic coding or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for AI and IT-related technical issues across the company.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues involving AI systems, software, integrations, automation workflows, websites, databases, telephony systems and other technology platforms.
• Develop, configure, test and implement new AI, IT, automation and digital solutions with the Project Manager and relevant teams.
• Monitor systems, integrations, logs and performance to identify potential problems early.
• Maintain clear documentation of technical issues, root causes, solutions and system changes.
