Job summary

Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co. is seeking an AI Delivery & Technical Support Engineer to provide top-tier technical support for EngageLab, our SAAS product.

You will handle customer inquiries, reproduce issues, troubleshoot, develop effective solutions, and drive issues through to resolution. You will also support the operation and delivery of GPTBots AI projects, including environment configuration, feature validation, incident troubleshooting, go-live support, and thorough

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or software development.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Web/API technologies.
• Proficiency with development IDEs, debugging tools, API testing tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for EngageLab (SAAS product), handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Reproduce problems, develop solutions, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Support the operation and delivery of GPTBots AI projects, including environment configuration and feature validation.
• Troubleshoot incidents, provide go-live support, and deliver delivery documentation.
• Build and maintain knowledge resources and improve support processes and service quality.
