Job summary

OKX is seeking an IT Support Engineer to oversee daily operation and maintenance of laptops (macOS primary) and Windows devices across offices. You will support network, AV, printers, and access control, while collaborating with regional teams on IT rollouts.

Demonstrated Python, PowerShell or Bash skills with Git and REST APIs are expected. Fluency in Malay, English and Mandarin is required, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, networking or related field.
• At least 3 years in IT support/engineering with large IT company experience preferred.
• Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin (listening and speaking).
• Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft or Linux are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of laptops (macOS focus), Windows PCs, mobile devices, IP phones and other IT equipment.
• Maintain office IT systems: IP phones, video conferencing, printers, CCTV, access control; support server room operations and networking.
• Monitor WiFi, VPN, and wired networks; troubleshoot network issues.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities; deliver end-to-end solutions and training.
• Support regional offices with IT rollouts and office setup; travel as needed for implementations.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs and knowledge base; implement global IT strategies.
