Deloitte Southeast Asia is seeking an IT Support Associate to join the Malaysia team in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle end-to-end user computing and service requirements, provide technical guidance, and support infrastructure refresh across Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android.

The role demands independent work, teamwork, and strong English communication. Applicants should have a Bachelor's in CS or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and familiarity with M365, AI Agents, Power Automate, UI Path,

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Good written and oral English communication skills.
1–3 years experience supporting more than 200 users.
Able to work independently and proactively in a team environment.
Experience with M365, AI Agents, Power Automate, UI Path, Intune and administering Active Directory.

Mansioni

Be part of Southeast Asia IT Team and collaborate with Centre of Excellence to support functional teams and vendors to meet end-to-end user computing and service requirements.
Provide technical guidance to internal users regarding use of computers and networks to satisfy business needs.
Participate in implementing technology infrastructure and daily operational duties, such as technology refresh on Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver timely solutions for the business.
Document knowledge, root cause, and resolutions in ServiceNow tickets and maintain IT asset inventory.
