Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur seeks a capable IT professional to provide Level 2 end-user computing support and administration. You will manage devices with SCCM and Intune, support Windows and Mac environments, and assist with MTR and broader IT infrastructure tasks while upholding security standards.

You will work with the Group Technology teams and service desk to deliver a seamless user experience, drive modern workplace initiatives and ensure compliance across endpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in end user computing or IT infrastructure support.
• Proven Level 2 escalation experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of MDM/MDM workflows and device enrollment.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Awareness of security and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as Level 2 escalation point for desktop, laptop, mobile devices and workplace tech incidents.
• Diagnose hardware, OS, app, connectivity and user-profile issues across Windows and Mac environments.
• Provide onsite and remote support, including for senior/executive users.
• Device provisioning, configuration, deployment, refresh and lifecycle management.
• Build, image and deploy corporate devices using approved tools.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Group Technology to improve first-contact resolution.
• Create knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides and procedures.
• Mentor junior support resources and share knowledge.
