Job summary

ISCISTECH Business Solution Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Executive to build and manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets. You will identify opportunities, prepare quotations, and follow up to win deals while demonstrating software solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience on our websites and digital sites, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain CRM records; strong English and Bahasa skills and a valid driving license are

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Science and/or Marketing or 1 year of sales experience.
Excellent English and Bahasa communication and written skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Own transport with valid driver’s license (advantage).
Able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in selling IT software and services; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with customers to meet company targets.
Identify opportunities and new sales leads; prepare quotations and follow up to win deals.
Demonstrate software products effectively to customers.
Meet potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience on company websites and digital sites.
Ensure customers are satisfied with products and services.
Record all activities in CRM and monitor KPIs.
Present software functionality and usage to potential customers.
