Job summary

ISCISTECH is seeking a sales executive in Kuala Lumpur to develop and execute sales strategies that meet monthly and annual targets. You will identify opportunities in the medical, healthcare, and IT sectors, and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.

You will present medical products and IT software solutions, understand customer requirements, develop key accounts, and prepare quotations and tender documents.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience in selling medical, healthcare or IT solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify opportunities within medical, healthcare, and IT sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.
• Present, promote and demonstrate medical products and IT software solutions to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or software solutions.
• Develop and manage key accounts to maximise retention and revenue.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
• Conduct product demonstrations, meetings, and client visits.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
