Job summary

ISCISTECH Business Solution Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT/Software Sales Representative to drive new business on site. You will identify leads, promote IT products and services, understand client needs, and present solutions.

Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus negotiation and presentation skills, are required. This role offers a permanent, full-time path with opportunities for promotion and professional development, with a monthly salary range of RM2,200–RM3,000 and health

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years sales experience preferred; IT/software sales is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good sales, business development and customer relationship skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Own transport is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales leads via calls, emails, networking and channels.
Promote and sell IT products, software, systems, and digital solutions.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
Follow up leads, negotiate terms and close sales.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer records.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
