Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Inside Sales / Telesales experience (B2B preferred).
• Experience in IT products or technology services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, follow‑up, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with phone‑based sales and CRM systems.
• Target‑driven, proactive, and well‑organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, and online channels.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads.
• Identify opportunities during tele‑qualification and manage the full sales cycle.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, renewals, and contracts.
• Achieve quarterly targets for pipeline generation and closed revenue.
• Maintain consistent engagement with prospects via phone, email, and video calls.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Conduct after‑sales courtesy calls and service incident follow‑ups.
• Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports.
• Provide internal support and respond to customer inquiries.
