Join our IT team to develop, enhance, and support business-critical applications and ERP systems used across Procurement, Finance, HR, Quality, and Manufacturing operations. You will work closely with users to deliver system improvements, automate business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain ERP and business applications.
Support and improve Microsoft Dynamics ERP system and related business modules (i.e., Weaver Low-code platform Vendor RFQ/Tender System, Axapta System)..
Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Perform coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and system deployment activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely system support to end users.
Develop reports, interfaces, integrations, and workflow automation solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, HR, and Quality departments.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards.
Participate in system enhancement, migration, and digitalization projects.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of software development concepts and programming languages such as Java Script, Java, APIs, C++, C#, X++, or similar technologies.
Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with users from various business functions.
Willingness to learn ERP systems and business processes.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, ERP systems, or enterprise applications will be an added advantage.
