Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an ERP Master Data Analyst to maintain and optimise ERP master data in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure accurate product data, BOMs, routings and production parameters, collaborating with multiple functions to support planning and execution.

The role requires exposure to ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle, and prior experience in manufacturing or production is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong data accuracy and analytical capabilities to support decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales to support requirements.
• Support product lifecycle activities including new product setup and engineering change implementations.
• Generate reports and analyze operational data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Maintain and update ERP master data, including item records, BOMs, routings and parameters.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system to support planning and execution.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Description

• Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to support business and manufacturing requirements.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including new product setup, engineering change implementation, and system updates.

• Maintain and update ERP master data, including item records, BOM structures, routings, and manufacturing-related parameters.

• Participate in system enhancement projects, user testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise ERP processes.

Profile

• Exposure to ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to identifying and resolving issues.
