TricubesNCR JV Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Services Sales Executive to generate new business and grow existing accounts in Kuala Lumpur. You will sell IT solutions and services, including IT support, maintenance, and managed services.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of IT/solutions sales, strong communication and relationship skills, and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field, plus fluency in English and

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing or related field.

Responsabilités

Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities for IT products, solutions and services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Promote IT support, maintenance, managed services and ITSM solutions, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions, and manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate with technical, presales and delivery teams to ensure effective service delivery, customer satisfaction and follow-up.
