Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd on behalf of its client seeks a Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of CRM, AI-driven systems, automation, analytics, and system integration projects.

You will combine project management and business analysis to translate customer requirements into solutions delivered on time, within budget, and within scope. Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Must have 5+ years IT project management and/or business analysis experience.

• Lead cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders; facilitate meetings and milestones.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and analyze business processes for digital improvements.

• Coordinate implementation, testing (UAT), deployment, and handover to support teams.
• Drive digital adoption, change management, and stakeholder feedback-driven enhancements.

Job Summary
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of CRM, AI-driven systems, automation, analytics, and system integration projects. Combine project management and business analysis to translate customer requirements into solutions delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and change requests; maintain project plans and status reports.

Lead cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders; facilitate project meetings, sprint reviews, and milestone checkpoints.

Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, analyze business processes, and recommend digital improvements.

Translate business needs into technical requirements; prepare Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Software Design Documents (SDD), wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows.

Coordinate implementation, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, go-live, hypercare, and handover to support teams.

Drive solution enhancements, digital adoption, and change management based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or business analysis for IT solution delivery.

Proven experience liaising directly with customers and leading cross-functional teams. PMO or Business Analyst with relevant leadership experience are welcome to apply.

Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools, and SRS/SDD documentation and diagramming tools such as diagrams.net.

Understanding of relational databases and data modelling, including tools such as MySQL Workbench; familiarity with HTML and UI/UX wireframing tools.

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage

Exposure to AI/ML concepts, automation tools, and data pipelines.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM); AI/ML, data analytics, or cloud certifications are an advantage.
