Job summary

PwC is seeking a proactive PMO professional at Senior Associate or Manager levels to support technology and digital transformation initiatives. The role emphasizes governance, reporting, stakeholder management, and Azure-based projects with AI/data analytics exposure.

The incumbent will work with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure on-time delivery, scoped-out processes, and aligned business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/PM or related field.
• 3–5 years in PMO, project coordination, PM or tech consulting.
• Experience in technology, cloud, AI or data analytics projects.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid delivery models.
• Experience preparing status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, governance materials.
• Familiarity with PM tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Senior Associate

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, or technology consulting environments.
• Experience supporting technology, cloud, digital transformation, AI, or data analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models).
• Experience preparing project status reports, dashboards, risk logs, RAID registers, and governance materials.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in PMO, project management, technology consulting, or transformation programme delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology, cloud transformation, AI, data analytics, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, financial tracking, and resource planning.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams across business and technology functions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Azure-based projects, cloud transformation initiatives, and enterprise technology programmes is preferred.
• Advanced reporting and data visualization skills using Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Certification, or equivalent project management certifications preferred.
