Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks a capable Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives on time and within budget. You will allocate resources, coordinate internal teams and external contractors, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders across all stages.

Responsibilities include defining scope, developing full project plans, tracking milestones, and delivering reports.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with ability to plan, execute, and close projects on time and budget.
• Experience with ERP, Product Development Systems, and AI-related projects.
• Familiarity with Power BI, AI/ML/LLM, and EDI standards is advantageous.

Job description

- responsible for planning, organizing, allocating resources for, and successfully executing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, including acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

- define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents

- manage project budget and resource allocation

- effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

- plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

- develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

Skill
