Job summary

A leading IT transformation firm in Petaling Jaya seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to manage end-to-end IT and transformation projects. You will lead change management initiatives, oversee the implementation of Lark as the new digital collaboration platform, and evaluate AI tools for operational improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from a Big 4 consulting firm. Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT and transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead change management initiatives to support successful adoption of new systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates to senior leadership, including the CEO.
• Oversee the implementation of Lark as the company’s new digital collaboration platform, ensuring smooth transition and user adoption.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to drive operational improvements and business intelligence.
• Monitor project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure best practices in project governance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably in a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG).
• Proven track record in managing IT, digital transformation, or change management projects.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and how they can be applied to improve business outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience or knowledge of Lark is a significant advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certifications are a plus.
