Job summary

Anchor Consulting Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of technology projects across our digital ecosystem.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, QA and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards, while supporting scalable digital platform expansion.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of IT project management experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience delivering enterprise software projects.
• Experience managing mobile and web app projects.
• Good at preparing project plans, meeting minutes, user stories, timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects and drive delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Compliance, Ops).
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks and resources.
• Oversee software projects (Web, Mobile App, AI platform, Super App).
• Manage third-party vendors and API integrations.
• Improve governance, documentation and delivery processes.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting quality standards.
• Support expansion through scalable digital platform.
• Oversee UAT, production deployment and post-launch support.
• Strengthen project management capabilities and operational efficiency.

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of technology projects across our digital ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, QA teams and external vendors to ensure project are delivered on time, within budget and with quality.

What You’ll Do

To lead end to end IT projects and ensure successful project delivery

To coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Development, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Compliance and Operations

To manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks and resources effectively

To oversee software development projects including Web, Mobile App, AI platform and Super App initiatives

To manage third party vendors, technology partners and API integration projects

To improve project governance, documentation and delivery processes

To facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams

To ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards

To support company expansion through scalable digital platform

To oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment and post-launch support

To strengthen project management capability and improve overall operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years of working experience in IT project management

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Experience in delivering enterprise software projects

Experience in managing mobile app and web application projects

Good at preparing project plans, meeting minutes, user stories, project timelines

Preferable working in Fintech, Payment Gateway, Banking or E-wallet industry

Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile/Scrum, REST APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud), CI/CD and Web or Mobile application development.
