Job summary

Ottomous AI Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of enterprise SaaS and AI projects. You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders and technical teams to manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing and go-live.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience leading enterprise SaaS or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with AI-related projects such as chatbots, Voice AI, conversational AI or Generative AI preferred.
• Strong ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of APIs, software integrations and reading API documentation.
• Capable of translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements and leading UAT/production launches.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS and AI projects.

Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets and resources.

Translate business requirements into clear specifications for developers and technical teams.

Understand and interpret API documentation, integrations and system workflows.

Coordinate internal developers, AI engineers, vendors and customer stakeholders.

Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests and stakeholder expectations.

Lead UAT, QA/QC and pre-launch testing to ensure project quality.

Conduct solution demonstrations, technical presentations and customer training.

Manage project documentation, meeting notes, action items and delivery status.

Support pre-sales discussions, solution planning and technical demonstrations where required.

Identify opportunities to improve solutions, project processes and customer outcomes.

Requirements

At least 4–5 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS, software or digital transformation projects.

Experience with AI-related projects such as chatbots, Voice AI, conversational AI, Generative AI or AI-powered applications is highly preferred.

Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, budgets, resources and multiple stakeholders.

Good understanding of APIs, software integrations and technical concepts.

Able to read API documentation and communicate effectively with developers and technical teams.

Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.

Experience managing UAT, QA/QC and production launches.

Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong presentation, communication and technical demonstration skills.

Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with good business and commercial acumen.

Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving technology environment.

Based in or able to work within the Kuala Lumpur / Selangor area.

Good to Have

Product Management or Product Owner experience.

Experience managing product backlogs, feature prioritisation or product roadmaps.

Experience working directly with AI engineers or software development teams.

Experience in customer-facing enterprise technology projects.

Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, system integrations or enterprise IT environments.
