We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end software delivery across discovery, scoping, execution, UAT, deployment, and post‑production support. You will manage distributed engineering teams, drive Agile practices and ensure strong governance. Join us to champion modern delivery across cloud and GenAI‑enabled environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead software delivery from pre‑sales, discovery and scoping through execution, deployment and post‑production support
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, scope and delivery risks to ensure successful execution
• Establish and improve development, QA and business analysis processes for client engagements
• Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies across Scrum, Kanban or SAFe delivery models
• Serve as the primary delivery partner for technical and business leaders up to the C‑level
• Drive progress reporting, product demonstrations, daily communications and escalation handling
• Manage and mentor globally distributed engineering teams while supporting career growth and team collaboration
• Champion GenAI adoption to streamline workflows, improve productivity and support data‑driven delivery decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business or a related field
• Proven experience managing software development and release delivery across the full SDLC
• Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior technical and business leaders globally
• Demonstrated ability to define delivery governance including communication protocols, risk management and metrics tracking
• Solid understanding of modern technology delivery and cloud platforms
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving skills and emotional intelligence for team and client leadership
• High proficiency in written and verbal business English for interaction with global clients and distributed teams

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe certification
• Experience overseeing cloud migration, digital commerce, big data or intelligent automation initiatives
• Background in business analysis, requirements gathering or automation frameworks
