Job summary

Ottomous AI Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of enterprise SaaS and AI projects in Malaysia. You will collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive projects from requirements to go-live.

The ideal candidate will translate complex requirements into clear technical specs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality through UAT and production launches in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–5 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS, software or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with AI-related projects such as chatbots, Voice AI, conversational AI, Generative AI or AI-powered applications is highly preferred.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, budgets, resources and multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of APIs, software integrations and technical concepts.
• Able to read API documentation and communicate effectively with developers and technical teams.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience managing UAT, QA/QC and production launches.
• Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong presentation, communication and technical demonstration skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who can comfortably move between a client meeting, project discussion and technical conversation.

You understand what the customer is trying to achieve, can translate those requirements into something the technical team can execute, and take ownership of ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality.

You are commercially aware, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in an emerging AI environment where priorities can move quickly.
