Job summary

ASolute Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Executive to bridge clients and internal teams for software and logistics projects in Cyberjaya. You will support project delivery, coordinate resources, and assist in presales activities.

The role requires a IT/Logistics background, willingness to travel, strong Excel skills, and good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. You will work with vendors and internal staff to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT/Computer or Logistics/Transportation
• Willing to travel within or outside Malaysia
• Junior Executive in IT/Software or Logistics
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Strong presentation and communication skills; proficient in Excel
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Act as a contact between the customer and internal staff for all support activities
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time execution and completion
• Oversee and resolve issues and risks of assigned projects
• Coordinate project resources and vendors for project execution
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Negotiate with stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials
• Provide regular reports and updates on project status
• Prepare requests for proposals and facilitate selection meetings
• Conduct internal testing on issues and new release items before roll-out to customers
• Provide first/second level technical support to existing customers
• Assist first level support team on issues reported
• Pre-sales activities related to the products

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in IT/Computer or Logistics/Transportation

Candidate must be willing to travelwithin or outside of Malaysia

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or Logistics field or equivalent

What you'll be doing
