About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Consultant to join our growing team at Dalstech Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an ERP Project Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise resource planning solutions to our clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of complex systems that drive operational excellence. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between client business requirements and technology solutions, helping organisations transform their processes and achieve their strategic objectives through effective ERP deployment.

What you'll be doing

• Analysing client business processes and requirements to design effective ERP solutions that align with their operational goals
• Leading and managing ERP implementation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeline
• Conducting detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand business needs and pain points
• Configuring and customising ERP systems to meet specific client requirements whilst maintaining system integrity and best practices
• Providing comprehensive training and change management support to end users and internal teams to ensure smooth system adoption
• Documenting system configurations, processes and solutions to create knowledge bases and reference materials for ongoing support
• Collaborating with technical teams, developers and other consultants to resolve complex issues and optimise system performance
• Conducting testing and quality assurance activities to validate system functionality and data integrity
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Providing post-implementation support and recommendations for continuous improvement and system optimisation

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of enterprise business processes, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources and related functions
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping and systems configuration
• Excellent project management capabilities with proven experience delivering complex implementations on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across diverse organisational levels
• Experience with change management and user training methodologies
• Professional certification in ERP systems, project management (PMP, Prince2) or related fields is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement and best practice frameworks
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
