Job summary

ETCTECH GLOBAL SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Project Executive to support project managers, ensuring IT projects meet budget, schedule, and scope. You will coordinate teams, track milestones, and maintain quality through testing and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ or related professions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Development/Project Management/Account Management or relevant discipline.
• Preferably candidate with experience of IT related background (software development)
• Possess good communication skills and confident in communicating to all stakeholders from various backgrounds.
• Good management, negotiation, written and communications and presentation skill.
• Problem-solving, results-oriented, self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, attentive and detailed.
• Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, good time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency.
• Able to tolerate stress and work multiple projects within the company's project portfolio simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager to manage assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, resources and scope of project.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending technical requirements.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals and requirements for assigned projects, including changes or additional of modules, timelines and resources.
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to relevant team members (developers, tester, creative) and clients.
• Collects, analyses, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
• Maintains quality deliverables by arranging testing sessions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
